This home which was family owned for more that 40 years required some renovations and needed to be furnished. Our stagers consulted with the owners on which rooms should be updated and then we arranged to have the property fully furnished and staged. This property sold on the date set for offers for about $50,000 more than the property was appraised for before the updating and staging process.
